We promote a cuisine with great taste and influences from many cultures. And, above all, 100% home made and prioritizing seasonal ingredients. We love to cook “with a twist“.
From porcini pâté with fruit jelly, to caramelized onion tart or pumpkin soup with pistachios, or beef stew bathed in cinnamon and anise, our food is a story, and over time, this has become the signature of our village.
The menu is buffet-style, we only serve certain dishes by portion; but even then, the portions are generous.
We love to cook vegetarian and vegan, with seasonal vegetables, and our guests have told us we are the Vegetarian Paradise.
On gentle evenings, cooking over an open fire or smoking cream with hay from the yard are moments that bring guests together around the summer kitchen, admiring the sunset and tasting the wonders that come from our team’s hands.
